Team Training
Level up the whole team on a cadence — education and mentoring in a safe space — so scaling the business doesn't outrun the people building it.
Scaling the product faster than the team can grow into it — skills gaps widening, knowledge stuck in a few heads, and no deliberate way to level everyone up.
Team Training is an expand engagement that improves your team's skills through structured education, mentoring and mentoring circles. It gives people a safe environment to share their experience, get feedback and learn how to perform better together — not just as individuals. Constant, deliberate training is what lets you scale the business without the team becoming the bottleneck. For the best results we recommend a Team Performance Review (C-003) first, so the training targets the gaps that actually matter.
- A measurable lift in team skills, not just individual ones.
- Knowledge shared out of a few heads and into the whole team.
- A safe space for feedback that raises how people perform together.
- A team that can absorb growth instead of buckling under it.

Answers to the questions we hear most about this engagement.
How is this different from Mentoring Circles (E-002)?
Team Training is the broader program — education plus mentoring plus circles. Mentoring Circles is one specific format within it, focused on small-group peer learning.
Do we need a Team Performance Review first?
It's not mandatory, but we strongly recommend it — C-003 tells us exactly which gaps to target so the training isn't generic.
Is this one-off or ongoing?
Ongoing. Skills fade and teams change; the value is in a steady cadence, measured each cycle.
How do you measure results?
We baseline skills at the start and track movement each cycle, with recommendations for what to focus on next.
